Kathleen von der Hofen tackles the horrors of the staff fridge, and survives!

On Wednesday, March 7, 2001, Kathleen von der Hofen dressed for combat and entered the twilight zone of the staff refrigerator. Overcome by elbow grease, and a lot of cleaners the fridge finally surrendered all of it's furry little friends. Kathleen emerged after her courageous victory, looking only slightly worn out, and was quoted as saying "It was a dirty job, but someone had to do it." Cheers of joy could be heard throughout HSLIC, as Kathleen headed home to take a hot bath. Thanks to Kathleen, for daring go where few have dared go before, holding your breath, or fears of being attacked by fuzzy creatures when opening the staff fridge, are a thing of the past. HSLIC staffed have vowed to start wiping up their spills to prevent future toxic infestations. Update: Kathleen has been unable to eat since the experience.
