Standards & Guidelines:

• Respond within 2 working days, if possible. If your response requires more time, please let the inquirer know this within 2 working days.
• Answer all parts of the question.
• Proofread your answer and check your spelling.
• When referring to another unit, give the user complete contact information, directions, hours, etc.

• Close your questions after you have answered them.
